Mr Reyes camp says that Virginia Perez cannot manage her own Finances so much less the Finances for our City.
So I pose this question:
1) Anyone knows how many times Mr Reyes filed for Bankruptcy?
2) Anyone knows how many times Mr Reyes has been evicted?
3) Anyone knows how many judgments agaisnt Mr Reyes are out there???
