NARCAN saves another life in Yonkers

Police responded to the above address on a report of a overdosed man. When they arrived they found a passed out man and had to administer ” NARCAN ” to neutralize the effects of the substance.
The man who was overdosed can be seen walking towards the ambulance. It looks like NARCAN saves another life.
