Man snatches baby from mom and drives off

YPD responded to the above address on a report of a kidnap by force.
Witness on the scene said that a male snatched the baby from the mother and drove off in a 2011 Dodge Charger, others on the scene said that this male was the father of the child.
We do not know at this time if the suspect/father/baby have been located.
This footage was filmed moments after the incident and the mom can been seen on this video screaming.
