Man fell from roof top on 86 Hamilton Ave

YPD/Empress EMS responded to the above address on a report that a male fell from the 3rd Floor to the back/rear of the building.
Once they arrived the male was located in the rear of the building, he was alive and responsive but seriously injured.
People on the scene said that he fell from the roof top but this could not be confirmed. We also could not confirm the reason for the fall.
Injured person was transported to Jacobi Hospital.
YPD remained at the scene.
