White you were a sleep our emergency personal (YPD/YFD/EMS) were hard at work.
1st responders were at the scene of a car crash (car vs pole). The car had one occupant and he appeared to be in serious condition he was removed and transported to Jacobi Hospital.
We dont know what cause the accident but by the way the car looks, speed may have been a factor.
S. Broadway was closed at both directions but we are not sure if it has been re-open.
Traffic light at the intersection is out at this time. Please drive careful and remember that pedestrians ALWAYS have the right away.
