Car set on Fire by a masked man

Man sets car on fire and fled the scene. Witnesses say that suspect was wearing a mask, black sweater and black sweatpants.
A witness says that she saw a man throwing something in the back of the car and then the cars gets engulfed on fire.
YFD received multiple calls and when the arrived at the scene the car was totally burned.
This is the 2nd time we go to this very same address for cars that were set on fire.
The scene was turned over to the Police Dept and considered a crime scene.
