YPD Responded on a report of a man waiving a gun

Where: Larkin Plaza, Yonkers

YPD responded to a call about a white man waiving a gun in the area of Larkin Plaza. A man fitting the description was stopped by the YPD in the area and taken in custody but as far as we could see no gun was recovered at this time.
PS: Please lets not forget that everyone is presumed innocent until found guilty in a Court of law and the fact that the Police takes you in custody does not imply that you are guilty of did anything illegal.
