YPD/YFD & Empress EMS responds to a call in connection with a EDP inside the building who showed intent to commit suicide by cop.

After about 4 hours of negotiation the YPD Crisis Negotiator Team were able to get the disturbed man out of the Apt in a peaceful way. No one was injured.

In situations like this (Hostage/Barricaded), rushing into resolutions is not a priority, PD will stay in and take whatever time necessary to resolve the situation in a best scenario possible, the only concern and focus is: SAVE a LIFE/s

In this case, the call for help come from the mother of the man who believed that the man wanted to commit suicide by Cop.
