Man Shot in Mt Vernon, NY

What: Man shot on the upperback

MVPD at the above location responding to a report of a man shot.
At the moment all that we have Confirmation on is that a man was hit by a bullet and hit on the upper back and now on his way to a local Hospital.

We do now know if PD has identified the shooter or have any suspects in custody.

We will update if more information gets to us.

UPDATE (10:00am) : Eyewitness at the scene say that a man on foot open fire on another male walking by and fired 3 shots, I am also told that victim was hit on the lower back.
