Notice is hereby given, pursuant to law, that the City Council of the City of Yonkers, New York will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 40 South Broadway, Yonkers, New York on the following Resolution, to wit:

A PROPOSED Resolution authorizing the scheduling and conduct of a public hearing in accordance with Section 1411(d) of the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law in connection with Proposed Conditioned Surplus of Certain City-owned Property to the Yonkers Economic Development Corporation
