Yonkers: Yesterday (4/11/18) YPD responded to Dock St on a call from a construction worker who saw a hand gun in the river (SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING).
The gun could not be located due to high tide. This afternoon (4/12/18) at around 1:30pm the YPD was at the scene and since the tide was low, the gun was recovered within 5 minutes.
The gun appeared to be a Glock and no magazine found in the gun.
This hand gun will now be processed.
