Mayor Richard Thomas of Mt Vernon calls a Press Conference in connection with the death of a 2 year old boy from Mt Vernon, NY.
The 2 year old boy was found unconscious yesterday by his mother and transported to a local hospital, the boy was declared dead at the hospital.
Investigation launched and father arrested and charged with murder.
Mother asks Mayor Thomas and Police Dept not to release her son’s name.
