IT ISNT YONKERS UNLESS IT’S YONKERS VOICE!!!
Where: YPL (1 Larkin Plaza)
Ref: Gun Violence and the Aftermath
Statistics say/show that crime in Yonkers is going down but the Citizens feel otherwise.
We had an opportunity to speak with Donna Nolan, the mother of Mike Nolan the young Yonkers Baseball player that was shot and killed at the Burger King 3 years ago.
She was able to articulate the pain and impact of the aftermath.
Donna Nolan also spoke about the work she has done and would like to see done in about new laws or enforcement of the current laws in connection with crimes committed by the use of illegal guns on the hands of criminals.
This video report is not about the 2nd Amendment or a push to take guns from Law Obeying Citizens: This is about guns on the hands of people that should not have them.
As Donna Nolan say: 3 years ago her son Mike Nolan was shot and killed….WHO WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM?
Bullets have no NAMES and anyone can be a victim.
This should not be just Donna Nolan and her family’s fight….THIS SHOULD BE EVERYONE’S FIGHT!
