Drug Epidemic in Yonkers

Where: Getty Square, Yonkers

YPD/EMS received a call of two man down 10 Palisade Ave 9Getty Square). The report was that those 2 man were under the influence of something and one appeared to be unconscious. While I was there I heard the Officers asking one of the man what they took and it appeared that those two man were brothers.
The man on the ground was indeed unconscious but appeared to regained it when he was being attended by the EMS.
Not sure if Narcan was applied but probably it was.
Both man were transported to Hospital for observation.
