8 and 9 year old boys set car on fire and vandalize 3 other cars

Where: Parking Lot of Castle Royale – Yonkers

YFD responded to the above address on a call of a car on fire. The fire was put out in about 10 minutes. In addition to the car on fire, 3 other cars were vandalized.
It’s alleged that this was the doing of a 8 and 9 year olds. YPD has both boys in custody at this time.
Who raised those boys?
